AbstractObjective：TotranslatetheIntentionalnon-Adherence Sale（INAS）tointoChinese，andtotestitseliabilityandvidityn patients withchronicdiseases.Methods：BasedontheBrislintranslationmodel，INASwastranslated，culturalldaptedadpreinvestigatedtofotheeseversionofIA.Byusingtheonvenecesamplingmetodtotalof385patientsithoicdisease wereselectedforaformalinvestigation.Theitemsofthescalewereanalyed.ThereliabilityandvidityweretestedResults：Thefinal formed ChineseversionofINAS included4dimensionsand18items.Theitem-levelcontentvalidityindex（I-CVI）rangedfrom0833to 1.00.Thescale-levelcontentvalidityindex（S-CVI）wasO.96O.Exploratoryfactoranalyssextracted4commonfactorswithigenvalues greater than 1.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 62.308% .Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model's fitting indexWasgoodTecriterionrelatedvalidityofteChineseversionofINASandtheChineseversionofteBriefMedicationQuestioie wasO.509.TheCronbach'scoeficientoftescalewasO.872.ThetestretestreliabilitywasO.928.Conclusins：TheChinesevrsionof INAShasgoodreliabilityandvalidity.Itissuitablefortheaessmentofnon-compliancewithmedicationinpatientswithcronic diseases in China.
