AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatethecurrentstatusofdecisiofatigueamongproxydecision-makersofpatientswithesophagogastric varicealbleeding（EGVB）duetolivercirrosis，andtoanalyzeitsinfluencingfactors.Methods：Byusingtheconvenienceapling method，atotalof3proxdecisiomakersofptientsithEGVBduetoverosiswereselectedasteresearchsubectsGeal informationoftheatientsadproyecisio-makersascolectedndthecoresofteDecisioFatiguecale，DecisionSeficacy Scale，DecisionConflictScaleandPereivedSocialSupportScaleoftheproxydecision-makerswereinvestigatedResuts：heorf the Decision Fatigue Scale of the proxy decision-makers in patients with EGVB was 15.41±1.52 . The payment method of medical expensesforpatients，theumberofemergencyhospitalization，teucationalleveloftheactingecision-makers，teirexpriencein diseasedecisionmaking，ecision-makingselficacydecision-akingpedicamentandthelevelofprceivedocialsupprtrete maininfluencingfactorsofdecision-making fatigueof theproxydecision-makersofpatients withEGVBduetoliverciosis P<0.05） 一 Conclusions：Thedecisionfatigueofproxydecision-makersofpatientswithEGVduetolivercirhosisasatarelativelyhighlevel， anditwasinfluencedbymultiplefactors.Medicalstaffshouldprovidepersonalizeddecision-makingsupportinatimelymanerbasedon influencingfactorstoehancedecisionmakingeficiencyreducedecision-makingfatigueandtherebyiprovedecisionmakingquality
