基于有限元仿真的复合材料构件型面补偿设计

Abstract ∵ When the thermoseting composites undergo heating curing in the autoclave, they will be subjected to the combined action of thermal stressand curing shrinkage stres,resulting in deformation.In order to accurately predict this kind of deformation and simulate the curing deformation ofcomplex components,the deformationof C-beam composite components during the curing process in the autoclave was analyzed,and the optimal profile compensation of composite components was calculated through the node displacement method of continuous iterativeoptimization. After repeated iteration optimization of profile compensation,finally,the deformationof the C-beam composite component was optimized from 1.037mm to 0.358mm ,and the deformation reduction rate reached 65.48% , so as to achieve the optimal design of the composite component profile compensation.
