Abstract:Inthis study,mulite fiber-reinforced alumina composites were preparedby multiple staining of aluminite solgelatinization-high-temperature heat treatment using mulite2.5Dfiber fabric as thereinforcemen,and the densityof the material was 2.14g/cm3 . The sintering characteristics of alumina sol were studied, and αa-Al203 was formed at 1000∘C ,with a volume shrinkageof 57.2% . According to the analysis of the microstructureand mechanical properties of the material,the fracture mode is mainly ductile fracture,and the bending strength is 82.1 MPa.
