Abstract:Inresponsetotheproblemofinsuffcientfuturedemandforecastingandpoorschedulingbalancecausedbytraditional watershedwaterschedulingmethodsrelyingonhistoricaldataandfixedrules,adynamicwaterscheduling methodfortheNorthwest RiverDelta Basin basedonminimum dischargeflowcontrolofcross-sectionswas proposed.Byusing thegreypredictionmodel,the productionanddomestic waterconsumptioninthedownstreamareasoftheNorthwest RiverDeltaBasinwasaccuratelypredicted.The Tenantmethodwasusedtocalculatecologicalbaseflowandevaluatespecfcecologicalwaterrequirementssuchaswetlands,soas toensure hehealthyandsustaiabledevelopmentof teecosyteminthebasin.Onthisbasis,bytakingintoaccountbothcological waterdemandandsocioeconomicaterdemand,theiumdishargeflowcotrolidexoftherosssectioasdeterdda fitnessfunctionwasconstructed.Thewhaleoptimizationalgorithmwasusedtofindtheoptimalwateralocationplan.The experimentalresultsshowthattheetodproposdinthispapercanefectivelyidentifexcesswaterthatexceedsthecurrntdmand orstorag limitandachievebalancedwateralocation.Inthedryseasonschedulingof2O23,themeasuredminimumflowrateis228 m3/s ,with asatisfaction rate of 106% ,significantly improving scheduling efficiency and effctiveness and laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of water resources management in the basin.
