A Scientific Action Guide to Curbing Food Waste at the Table

Abstract

Food waste has become a global chalenge,with the catering services playing a critical role. Based on the analysis of the current state of food waste, this paper systematically ex amines the causes from multiple dimensions,including consumption behavior,psychological cognition,and social environment,inconjunction with China’s relevant policies on food waste prevention.It proposes specific measures for optimizing catering services and household practices,providing the public with a scientificaly feasible guide to combating food waste.
