Abstract： New quality productive forces represents an advanced form of productivity aligned with the new development philosophy，characterized by high technology， high efciency，and high quality. It plays a crucial enabling role in effectively promoting all-round rural revitalization. To empower allround rural revitalization with new quality productive forces， efforts should be focused on four key aspects：industry， talent，culture，and ecology. Specifically，drive the deep integration of industries through technological innovation to foster new advantages for the development of rural characteristic industries;achieve parallel development in talent introduction and cultivation through two-way efforts to build a new platform for the gathering of rural construction talents; promote the inheritance and development of culture through integrity and innovation to stimulate new momentum for the prosperity of rural local culture; and depen the construction of ecological facilities through systematic governance to outline a new vision of green and livable countryside. Empowering all-round rural revitalization with new quality productive forces can effectively activate the internal driving forces of rural development， accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas，and inject robust momentum into comprehensively advancing the great cause of building a strong country and achieving national rejuvenation through Chinese modernization.
