Cultivation of Reserve Talents in Canadian Ice Hockey： Models， Experiences， and Implications

Abstract： By using methods such as literature review， comparative analysis， and logical analysis， this paper first elaborates on the model of cultivating reserve talents in Canadian ice hockey， and finds that it is known as the long-term development model for athletes and is currently one of the best training methods for cultivating reserve talents in ice hockey worldwide. Secondly， the organizational structure， training philosophy， stage division， and development path of the model were analyzed separately，and the successful experience of cultivating reserve talents in Canada was summarized： the government and associations jointly promoted the development of ice hockey throughout the country; A complete system of learning and training to create wellrounded athletes; The pyramid style competition system provides a comprehensive experience space; The professional coaching team network covers events of all ages and stages.Finally， based on the Canadian experience， insights for the development of ice hockey in China are proposed： increasing venue construction and service supply， establishing a diversified and integrated guarantee system; Establish and improve the selection mechanism and system，and create a diversified talent training environment; Create and develop a local competition system， enrich player training and participation platforms; Expand paths and audiences according to local conditions， improve the number and quality of coaches. The purpose of this study is to propose Canadian experience insights through comparative analysis， in order to improve the training methods and approaches for reserve ice hockey talents in China，and to assst in the construction of a healthy China and a sports powerhouse.

作为冰球运动的发源地，加拿大冰球运动从全世界范围来说也是极具代表性的，不仅拥有广泛的群众基础，男子冰球队也曾8次夺得奥运会冠军，18次夺得世锦赛冠军；是全世界获得冬奥会和世锦赛冠军最多的队伍，因此加拿大也被誉为“冰球王国”［1]。（剩余15599字）
