Digitalization Empowers Professional Development of Physical Education Teachers: Triple Logic, Implementation Mechanism and Path Directions

Abstract: With the deepening of the national education digitization strategy, digitization has brought great changes to the development of school physical education, and also provided opportunities and challenges for the professonal development of physical education teachers.This study uses literature and logical analysis to systematically sort out the triple logic,realization mechanism and path direction of the professional development of digitally empowered physical education teachers. The research finds that the professonal development of digitally empowered PE teachers contains a historical logic supported by national policies,a theoretical logic framed by the theory of new quality productivity, and a realistic logic driven by the development of digital technology. By broadening the time and space of education, improving the energy eficiency of teaching, innovating the teaching mode and changing the role of teachers, digitalization can realize the renewal of the professional concept, the expansion of professional knowledge,the extension of professional ability and the deepening of professonal affection of physical education teachers.Based on this, we should cultivate technical consciousness and drive PE teachers to upgrade their digital consciousness. Construct digital resource ecology, promote PE teachers' knowledge structure innovation; To improve the teacher education system and promote the digital literacy of PE teachers; Deepen manmachine collaboration concept, and cast the foundation of PE teachers' professional value.
