Construction of an evaluation index system for nurses' core competence in enteral nutrition nursing

【Abstract】ObjectiveToconstructanevaluationindexsystemforthecoreompetenceoflinicalfron-lnenursesinenterautrition （EN）nursing，soastoprovideatoreticalbasisformedicalisitutiostovaluateurses‘ENursingcoreompetenceandfoulate trainingbjectivesandtraiingprogramsMethodsThefistdraftofteevaluationindexsystmforurses’corecompetenceinteralnu titionnursingasforedbysummarzingexperience，literaturerviewbanstoringandgroupdisusionFromDecember24toFebruary2O25，27expertsfo7regioswereconsultedbyleterfortworounds，dtheghtofindicatorsatallevelswaseteindby theanalytic hierarchy processResults ：The efective questionnaire recovery rate of the first round of consultation was 96.30% ，and that of the second round was 96. 15% .A system containing 7 first-level indicators，19 second-level indicators and 64 third-level indicators was ultimatelyforedConclusionTeconstructedevauationindexsystefornurses‘corecompetenceinENusingissientificandeliabl， whichcanbeusedasatheoreticalbasisformedicalinstitutionstoevaluatetheurses’corecompetenceandformulatetrainingjectives and training programs.
