Construction of an evaluation index system for nurses' core competence in enteral nutrition nursing

【Abstract】ObjectiveToconstructanevaluationindexsystemforthecoreompetenceoflinicalfron-lnenursesinenterautrition (EN)nursing,soastoprovideatoreticalbasisformedicalisitutiostovaluateurses‘ENursingcoreompetenceandfoulate trainingbjectivesandtraiingprogramsMethodsThefistdraftofteevaluationindexsystmforurses’corecompetenceinteralnu titionnursingasforedbysummarzingexperience,literaturerviewbanstoringandgroupdisusionFromDecember24toFebruary2O25,27expertsfo7regioswereconsultedbyleterfortworounds,dtheghtofindicatorsatallevelswaseteindby theanalytic hierarchy processResults :The efective questionnaire recovery rate of the first round of consultation was 96.30% ,and that of the second round was 96. 15% .A system containing 7 first-level indicators,19 second-level indicators and 64 third-level indicators was ultimatelyforedConclusionTeconstructedevauationindexsystefornurses‘corecompetenceinENusingissientificandeliabl, whichcanbeusedasatheoreticalbasisformedicalinstitutionstoevaluatetheurses’corecompetenceandformulatetrainingjectives and training programs.
