【Abstract】OjectieTivesigateteuretstatusofmedicatioadereetocorticosterodsinpatintsitssteicupuseyt matosus（SLE）andanalyetecoelationbetweenmedicationadhereceandhealthliteracyMethods：AtotalofSLEpatientswereelectedastheesearchsubjects troughconveniencesampling.Tegeneralinfoationquestioaire，MoriskyMedicatioAdherenceScale8（MMAS-8），HalthLiteracyforChronicDiseasePatientsScale（HLSCP），TreatmentSatisfactionQuestionnaireforMedication Version （TSQM-I），andSystemicLupusErythematosusDiseaseActivityIndex（SLEDA）wereusedfortheinvestigationResults：Tetotalscore of medication adherence to corticosteroids in SLE patients was 7.00（5.50，8.00） ，which was at a medium level overal. Univariate analysis showedthateducatiolevel，onthlyfamilyincome，andtheumberoforalmedicatiosafectedmedicationaderenceinSEpatints P< 0.01）.CoelationalysisicatedtatalthliteracyvelsositivelyoelatedihdicatdereetoortcosedsE patients（ r=0 .261， P<0.05 ），but not correlated with treatment satisfaction and SLEDAI（all P>0.05 ）. Multivariate regression analysis revealedthathighermonthlyfamilyincomeoreoralmedicationsandhighertotalhalthliteracysorewerethemaininfluencingfactorsof medication adherence to corticosteroids in SLE patients（ P<0.05，P<0.01） . Conclusion：Health literacy level is correlated to medication adherencetocorticosteroidsinSEpatientsMeicalstaffshouldctivelycayouthealthducationactivits，trengthnfoloupter discharge，and improve patients' health literacy to enhance their medication adherence.
