Cross-sectional study on the demands of continued-nursing in patients with chronic heart failure

【Abstract】Objective：Toconductasurveyonthecurentstatusof tedemandsofcontiued-nursinginpatients withchronichartfailure（CHF）andidentifythecausesoftheirunmetcaresoastoprovidereferencesfortheformulationof nursingprogramsforCHFpatients.Methods：Atotalof176patientsreatedfromMarch24toMarch225wereselectedastheresearchsubjects.edemandsofcontinued-ursingofthpatitseeivestigatedbeotiued-nusingedsquestioairendteiuencigfactotectoti ued-nursingwereaalydbyuivaateandmultivaratelinearegresio.Resultsetotalsoeofthemadsofotiud-usingof 176 patients was（ 76.12±7.31 ）and the average score of each item was （ 3.04±0.29 ），which was at a medium and high level.Among all dimensions，the score of needs for cardiac rehabilitation wasthe highest and the average score of each item was （ 3.64±0.12 ）.Multivariate analysisshowedateingad，geruseofseaseradiceucioaiiatioebeofolaios family history were influencing factors to affect continued-nursing for CHF patients （ P<0.05，P<0.01） . Conclusion：The demands of CHF patientsincontiued-usingareatamedmandhighlevelandteedsofadiacabilitationareteostgificant.Mrialsta tus，NYHA cardice funciton classification and other factors should be taken into account when making nursing programs.
