Effect of interactive health education combined with timely nursing on children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

【Abstract】ObjectiveToexploretheefectof interactivehealtheducationcombined withtimelynursingonchildrenwithmycoplasma pneumoniaepneumonia.Methods：Atotalof186children with mycoplasmapneumoniaepneumoniatreatedfrom December2O22toApril 2024werselectedanddividedintoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroupbytheandomnumbertablemethod，with93casesinach group.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursingcare，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedinteractivehealtheducationcombinedwith timelyursigervetiooesisftiesingre.Terovntofcalstosositalaaties sesedbytheDepressionSelf-Rating ScaleforChildren（DSRSC）andtheScreenforChildAnxietyRelatedEmotionalDisorders （SCARED）]，andfamilysatisfactionwithnursingcarewerecomparedbetweenthetogroups.Results：Tedisappearancetieofcough， fever，and pulmonary ralesandthe hospital stayin theobservation group were shorter than those in the control group（ P <0.01 ） . After the intervention，the DSRSC and SCARED scores of both groups were lower than those before the intervention（ P<0.05 ），and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P<0.01 ）. The family satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：Interactive health education combined with timely nursing can effectively improvetheclincalsymptomsofchldrnwitmycoplasmapeumonepeumonia，sortenteospitalstayallviateegativeotios， and increase family satisfaction with nursing care.

肺炎支原体肺炎（MPP）是儿童常见的呼吸道感染性疾病，易在儿童群体中暴发流行[1]。（剩余5932字）
