【Abstract】Ojectie：Texploretheetofnaratieursingonthlvelofpsyholoicalrisisandcopigstyleinptintswithsy temiclupus erythematosus（SLE）.Methods：Atotalof8OSLEpatientsweredividedintoastudygroupandaroutinegroupacordingtothe randomnumber tablemethod，with4Ocasesineach group.Thestudygroupwasgivennarativenursing，ndtheroutinegroupwasgiven routinenursingce.ThperceedstressCinsePereiedSresScale（-4）]syologicalcsislevelF-dimesalsi assessmentfor（TAF）]，levelofhope[HerthHopeIndex（HH）]，diseaseactivitySystemicLupusErythematosusDisease Atitydex （SLEDAI-Oo）]andcopingstyleMedicalCoping ModesQuestionaire（MCMQ）]werecomparedbetweethetwogroups.Resultsfter intervention，the scores of CPSS-14 and TAF in the study group were lower than those in the routine group（ P<0.01 ），the HHI score was higher than the routine group（ P <0.01），the confrontation score in MCMQ was higher than that in the routine group（ P <0. 01），and the resignation and avoidance scores were lower than those in the routine group（ P<0.01 ）. Conclusion： Narrative nursing can reduce the perceived stressand the levelof psychological crisisof SLE patients，andcan improve theirlevel of hopeand positivecoping style.
