Analysis of Optimization Path of Ecological Protection Compensation Mechanism in Ningxia under Concept of Green Development

Abstract The ecological protection compensation system is an important component of theecological civilization system.AsanecologicallyfragileareainNorthwest China，Ningxiaurgentlyneeds toimprove theecological protection compensation mechanism under the guidance of the green development concept topromote the coordinated advancementof ecological protection and economic development.In recent years，the party commiteeand government of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region steadfastly implemented General SecretaryXi Jinping's ecological civilization ideology，coordinatedthesystematicgovernanceofmountains，rivers，forests，farmlands，lakes，grasslandsanddeserts， and strived tobuildacompensation systemthatcombinedan effectivemarket witha proactivegovernment，took into account clasified compensation and comprehensivecompensation，and coordinated vertical and horizontal compensation.Ningxia hassuccessfully createda green ecologicaltreasure land inthearid inlandareas of centraland western China，and initially formed a multi-level and multi-type ecological protectionand compensation work pattern， laying asystemfoundation forregional ecological restorationand sustainable development.Inresponse to thecurrent issues such as the compensation methods being singleandthedifficultyoffullyreflecting thediffrences in ecological elements in compensation standards，byinnovating ecological compensation models，refining compensation standards， andstrengthening social participation，and itisconducive tooptimizing theecological protectioncompensation mechanism inNingxiaand promotingthe organic unityof continuous improvement ofthe ecological environment and high-quality economic and social development.
