Investigation on Situation of Hazard of Root Rot to Genuine Root and Rhizome Chinese Medicinal Materials in Ningxia

AbstractNingxia isrich in genuinerotand hizomeChinese medicinalmaterialswithexcellentquality，which isa characteristicandadvantageous industry that promotes people's income growth.Rootrot，asamajordiseaseofrootand rhizomeChinese medicinal materials，seriously affects the yieldandqualityof Chinese medicinal materialsand isa bottleneck problemrestricting thehigh-qualitydevelopmentof thelocal Chinesemedicinal materialsindustry in Ningxia.Taking therootrot diseaseof the main genuine rotandrhizome Chinesemedicinal materials asthe research object，arandomsamplingsurveywasadoptedto investigate thesituationofhazardofrootrotdisease intheproduction areas of genuinerotand rhizome Chinese medicinal materials in Ningxia.Theresearch resultsshowed thatthe disease indexof Astragalusmembranaceus （Fisch.）Bungerootrotranges from13.75to45.42，thatof Scutellariabaicalensis Georgi rotrotfrom12.50to54.56，thatof StellariadichotomaL.var.lanceolata BungerootrotfromO.00to15.91，and thatof Glycyrrhizauralensis rootrotfrom14.47to 38.O2.ThediseaseindexofrotrotofChinesemedicinal materials such as Gentiana macrophylla and Bupleurum chinense ranges from12.5O to29.76.Theresearch has clarified the situationofhazardof rootrotinthe main productionareas of genuinerootand rhizome Chinese medicinal materials in Ningxia，laying a foundation for the comprehensive prevention and control of root rot.
