基于地域气候特征的保存环境预防性保护策略

——以江苏地区革命纪念馆为例

Abstract： Revolutionary memorial halls are specific historical buildings and cultural heritage sites that bear the“Red Memory”， the stability of its internal preservation environment is directly related to the long-term security of the historical information that they house. As a major preservation site for China’s revolutionary cultural relics， Jiangsu Province's distinctive climate， characterized by high temperature and humidity in summer and dry cold winter， poses severe challenge to the long-term preservation of their collection. This paper focuses on revolutionary memorial halls in the Jiangsu region asresearch subject. Viewing the venue as a holistic heritage unit， it systematically investigates the profound influence of regional climatic characteristics have on the internal preservation environment（including temperature， humidity，illumination，and air pollutants）. Through long-term， on-site monitoring and data analysis of the internal environments in typical venues，high humidity，high illuminance，and Volatile Organic Compounds（VOCs）emitted from materials were identified as key risk factors contributing to the formation of a deteriorative environment for the collections. To address the aforementioned issues，this paper proposes a preventive conservation strategy framework with the core methodology of“regional climate analysis-targeted risk control-efficient resource utilization”.By means of constructing a“macro-regional-precise”multi-level environmental regulation system，integratingand applying passive regulation techniques， and establishing aninteligent closed-loop management system，this framework provides a scientific basis and practical approaches for the long-term preservation of collected revolutionary cultural relics in hot and humid climate zones，aiming to facilitate the improvement of the preventive conservation standards of cultural relics in revolutionary memorial museums.
