[ABSTRACT]When water-sealedblasting is used in tunnel excavation,diffrent water medium ratios and charging structures haveasignificant impactontheblastingoutcomes.Basedonthe Starfield superposition method,atheoretical calculationformula for the impact pressreon the blasting holewallduring water-sealed blasting was derived.Numerical simulation was used to further studythe influence of diferent charging structuresonthe impact pressureon hole walsand thedamage characteristicsof surroundingrock in water-sealed blasting.Field blasting tests were conducted based on theoptimalcharging structure.Theresultsindicatethatthevariationofholewallpressureissimilarunderdiferent watermedium ratios,showingatrendoffirstincreasing,thendecreasing,andfinallystabilizing.Theholewallpressureisthehighest in thechargingsection.Andasthedistance between theholewallandtheinterfacebetweentheexplosiveand water medium increases,the hole wallpressure graduallydecreases.The presence of water medium can slow down theatenuationof explosive stress waves and improve theutilization eficiencyof explosive energy.Asthe water medium ratio increases,the damage to the surrounding rock gradually decreases. When the water medium ratio is between 0.2 and O.3,it can effectively improvetherock breaking eficiency.Compared withthewaterintervalchargesat theorificeandbotomof the hole, the water interval charges at both ends result in uniform rock fragmentation and good blasting outcomes after blasting.
