[ABSTRACT]Inorder to investigate the performances of the emulsion explosive prepared by integratedoil phase formulasbasedon EPE-3O21 polymer emulsifier,eight mixed integratedoil phase formulas were prepared using diferent types of base oilsand SO-1 syntheticoils.Theperformance of emulsion matrices prepared by various formulas was systematically evaluated through viscositytesting,particlesize distribution analysis,and storage experiments atroom temperature.The results idicatethat,compared withthediesel engineoil formula,the viscosityoftheemulsion matrix prepared with BO-2 and BO-1baseoilsas the maincomponentswassignificantlyincreased.TheaditionofSO-1can efectivelyreducethe viscosityofemulsionmatrix,butitwilltosomeextentaffctstoragestability.Thecrystallzationareaof all emulsionmatrices prepared with different formulas is less than 10% ,indicating good storage stability.Conside-ring the stability and viscosity properties of the emiulsion matrix, it is recommended to use E3 , E7 , E8 formulas as the preferred solution for preparing mixed integrated oil phases.
