Abstract:In recent years,rapid advances in multi-omics technologies have substantially promoted metabolomic, proteomictranscriptomic investigationsfolicularfluid(FF),providing novel insights into molecularmechanism underlyingoocytequality deterioration.During processovarian function declinereproductive aging,hormone levels,energymetabolismlipidmetabolismcharacteristics inFFhaveundergone significantchanges.Itisacompanied by imbalanceininflammatory immune-related pathways.Avarietykeyproteins inFFnotonlyparticipatein ovulation,tissueremodelingsignaltransduction,butarealsocloselyrelatedtoqualityoocytesoutcome embryonicdevelopment.Thisreviewsystematically summarizes recent progressinFF-based multi-omicsresearch discusses itspotential appications inocytequalityassessment precisiondecision-making inasistedreproductive technologies.
