Abstract：ObjectiveTo explorethe impactof personalized waist cushion combined with body membrane fixation on the positioningaccuracyandstabilityinpatients withcervicalcancerradiotherapy.MethodsAtotalof7cervicalcancer radiotherapypatients wererandomlydivided into three groups：the experimentalgroup，thecontrolgroupIand thecontrol groupI，with 4 patients ineach group.The experimental groupused a personalized waist cushioncombined with body membrane fixation，thecontrol groupIusedbody membrane fixation，andthe control group Iusedavacuum cushion. Cone-beam CT（CBCT）was used to measure the positioning errors of the three groups，and the positioning errors and coeficientsof variation （CV）werecompared between the three groups of patients.ResultsTherewereno significant diferences intheXand Z-axistranslationalerorsbetween thethreegroups.TheY-axistranslationalerorwassmalerin the experimental group than that in the control group I and the control group In terms of rotational errors，there were no significantdiferencesintheYandZ-axisrotationalerrorsbetweenthethreegroups，buttheX-axisrotationalerorwas smaller in the experimental group than that in the control group I （ P<0.05 ）.Regarding the CVof positioning errors，the CV ofXandY-axis translational erors wassmallerinthe experimental groupthan thatinthecontrol groupIandthecontrol group II，and the CV of X- axis rotational error was smaller than that of the control group I （ P<0.05， ）. ConclusionFor patientswithcervical cancerundergoingradiotherapy，thecombined fixationof personalizedwaistcushionand body membranecan improve Y-axis positioning accuracy，reduce X-axis rotational errorsandhasbetter positioningstability.
