天津入伍新兵代谢相关脂肪性肝病检出情况及集训运动对其转归的影响

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore metabolic dysfunction-associated fatt liver disease (MAFLD)among new recruits andefectrecruit trainingonoutcomeMAFLD.MethodsAtotal3469newrecruitswereselected for spring re-examination in Tianjin in 2O24.Baselinedata and MAFLD status new recruits were collcted.MAFLDrecruits fromone trainingunit were selectedand divided into MAFLD-resolved groupand non-resolved group basedon posttrainingassessment.Changesingeneralcharacteristics,odycomposition,laboratoryparametersandtransientelastogaphy parameters beforeand after training were compared.ResultsAmong reexamined recruits,215 cases (6.2 % )were diagnosed with MAFLD.Recruits with MAFLDexhibited higher body weight,body massindex(BMI)andagreater proportion overweight/obesitycompared tothoserecruits without MAFLD.Of56selected MAFLDrecruits,36cases(64.3 % ) returnedtonoralafterecruittraining.Afterrecruittraining,odywight,B,waistcircumference,waisttoiatiody fat,bodyfatprcentagefstingbloodglucose (FG),lanneinotrasferase(ALTspartateinotrasfease(c acid(UA),liversteatosisanalysisvalueandliverstiffess decreasedcomparedtoseindicatorsbeforerecruittraining ( P<0.05 ),while hip circumference,blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and triglyceride (TG) increased conversely ( P<0.05 ).After training,non-resolved groupdemonstrated higher gamma-glutamyl transferase(GGT)and liver steatosisanalysis value than those resolved group ( P<0.05 ),withnostatistically significant differences observed in orindicatorsbetween groups ( P>0.05) .Conclusion Recruit training can help MAFLD return to normal.

代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)是指除外乙醇和其他明确损肝因素所致的,以肝细胞内脂肪过度沉积为主要特征的临床病理综合征,与代谢综合征密切相关[1-2]。(剩余8500字)
