光动力疗法联合超分子水杨酸治疗中重度痤疮患者的疗效分析

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the effctof photodynamic therapy(PDT)combined with supramolecular salicylic acid on skin physiological parameters and serum levels of interferon- γ (IFN- γ )and tumor necrosis factor -α (TNF- α )in patientswith moderate to severe acne.MethodsTwo hundred patients with moderate to severe acne were selected and randomlydivided into theobservation group (treated with PDTcombined with supramolecularsalicylic acid, n=100 ) and the control group (treated with PDT alone, n=100 )according to the random number table method.The clinical efficacy,lesion scores,skin physiological indicators, IFN- γ TNF- α levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total efectiverate was higher in the observation groupthanthat of thecontrol group (95.O% us.86.0%, P< 0.05).Aftertreatment,thelesionsoresofomedones,papules,pustules,cysts,totallesionscores,skinoilontenandserum TNF- α levels were lowerin the observation groupthanthoseof the controlgroup,while the skin water content,pHvalue and serum IFN- γ levels were higher in the observation group than those of the control group ( P<0.05 ).Therewasno significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups ( 11.0% Us. 12.0% , P>0.05 ). Conclusion PDT combined with supramolecular salicylicacid isefectiveinthe treatmentof moderate tosevereacne.Itcaneffectively improvetheconditionofskinlesionsandskinphysiological indicators,regulateserumlevelsof inflammatoryfactors,andhas good safety.
