【Abstract】Heartfailure with preserved ejection fraction （HFpEF）isasystemic condition characterized by complex pathophysiological mechanisms，affecting over 50% ofallheart failurepatients，witha five-year mortalityrate rangingfrom 50% （20 to 75% .HFpEFis highlyheterogeneous，withdiverseetiologies，pathophysiologicalmechansms，andclnical manifestatios，all of whichcomplicateitsmanagementandtreatment.Despitethese presentchalenges，significantprogresses havebenmadein the managementof HFpEFinrecent years.Certain medicationshavebeenshown toimprovequalityoflifeandreducetherisk ofadverseeventsinHFpEFpatients.Thisarticleprovidesareviewofthelatestclinicalevidenceonpharmacologicaltreatments forHFpEF，focusingonthedisease'suniquepathophysiologicalmechanisms，therebyoferingasolidtheoreticalfoundatioand practical guidance for its management.
