【Abstract】Obstructive sleepapnea (OSA)isacommonsleep-relatedbreathingdisorder,anditschronic natureand high correlationwithmanychronicdiseasesmakeitsdiagnosisandlong-termmanagementagreatchallnge.Thetraditionaltreatment model hasobviousshortcomings intermsof eficiency,resoureallocation,ndpatientcompliance.Inprimarycare,general practiceemphasesapersonenteredcomprehensieanagemntodel,playingaucialroleinearlysreinggosis, andlong-terfolloupofOSA.Inrecentyears,teapidevelopmentofarticalintellgence(A)technologyanditsapplication inOSAscreening,diagnosis,personalizedtreatmentplandevelopmentandlong-termfollow-uphavesignificantlyimproved theeffciencyandaccuracyofOSAdiagnosisand treatment,especiallythrough wearabledevices,telemedicineandmultiodal dataanalysis torealizetheinteligent transformationofOSA management,which provides newsolutionstoOSAdiagnosisand treatment.ThisreviewsystematicallydescibedtheepidemiologicalcharacteristicsofOSA,theatributesofchronicdiseases,and thelimitationsof theexistingdiagnosisandtreatment modes,and exploredthepracticalapplicationsandpotentialsofthedeep integrationofgeneralpracticeandAItechnologinOSAmanagement,asellasitscurrntchallengesadfutureprospcts.It was emphasized that thefuture managementofOSA needed to promote multidisciplinarycollaborationand strengthen the deep integrationof generalpracticeandAItechnolog,toachievepreciseandpersonalizedhigh-qualitymanagementofOSAandrelated chronic diseases.
