【Abstract】BackgroundFamily doctor contract services （FDCS） is an important measure for deepening medical reformiChina，imedatimprovingpeople'shealthlevelandtheeficiencyofthehealthservicesystem.FDCShasahedapid developmentintermsofquantity，butthereiscurrentlyalackofresearch evidencerelatedtothequalityofFDCS.Objective To understand the current statusandexisting problems of home medicineservicequalityin Beijing fromthe perspective of generalpractitioners，andprovidereferenceforimprovingthequalityofFDCS.MethodsEighteengeneralpractitionersfrom18 communityhealthserviceinstitutionsin9districtsofBeijingwereselectedthroughpurposivesamplingfromAugust2O23toJune 2024，andsemi-structuredinterviewswereconductedwithgeneralpractitionersbasedonthestructureprocessoutcomeframework interviewoutline.Analyzethedatathroughthematicanalysisandextractinterviewthemes.ResultsThestudyextracted3themes and11sub-themes.Theme1：ThestructuralqualityofFDCS（policygudanceandimplementation，institutionalconditionsand facilities，assssmentandincentive mechanismsforFDCShomehealthcare teambuding）.Theme2：rocessqualityofFDCS （contractericetetfealdtreamentsriceproces，tpatintviceadards）.ee3：eeftivessf（improvementinsidents'althlevels，inceasedwillngness tosekicaltreatment，nedtorengthenresidentso of home medicine services，increasedoccupational presureon general practitioners）.ConclusionSince the implementation of home medical services，thequalityofserviceshas graduallimproved，butthereare stillsome limiting factors.Weshould strengthenpolicysupport，optimizesrvicecontentandprocesses，integratequalityevaluationsystems withincentive mechanisms， enhance thecomprehensive servicecapabilities of general practitioners and establish eficient home medical teams.
