【Abstract】Stroke isoneof the maincausesof deathanddisabilityamong residents in China，which imposesaheavy burdenonpatietsandscietyigitalthrapy，smergingtreatmentetho，hassowgeatpotentialinteanagetof theentirestrokecourse.Thisarticleviewedtheesearchprogressofdigitalterapyinstrokesreeningprevention，cutephase management，rehabilitation，andlong-termfolow-up.Itanalyzedtheadvantagesandchallengesofclinicalapplicatioofdigital therapyandlookedforwardtofuturedevelopmentdirections.Curentresearchshowed thatdigitaltherapycouldsignificantly improvethecoverageandaccuracyofstrokerisk screening，providedpersonalizedandhigh-intensityinterventionplans in rehabilitationtraining，andimprovedlong-termpatientmanagementoutcomes throughremotemonitoring.However，digital therapystillfacesmanychallnges instandardizedevaluationsystems，evidence-basedmedicine，elderlypatientadaptability datasecurityndmdicalsuranelicie.Inthefuture，itisessaryttrengthenigqualitylinicalesearhoe standardizedevaluationsystems，promoteinterdisciplinarycolaboration，andformulateeasonablemedicalinsurancepoliciesto promote the standardized application and development of digital therapies in stroke prevention and treatment.
