Latest treatment progress of heart failure

Abstract：Heart failure is a syndrome characterized by impaired ventricular filing and/or ejection function，often caused by various cardiac structures or functional impairments.The cardiac output cannot meet the metabolic needs of body tissues，resulting in pulmonary and/or systemic congestion，as well as inadequate blood perfusion to organs and tissues. Heart failure affects approximately 64 milion people worldwide. In recent years，significant progress has been made in the treatment of heart failure in various fields such as internal and external medicine，from the“Golden Triangle”to the“New Four Links” and then to the“Five Golden Flowers”.From“heart transplantation”to“cardiac resynchronization therapy” and then to“left ventricular assist device”. By referring to existing clinical research and practice，we mainly summarize effective measures for the prevention and treatment of heart failure（mainly chronic heart failure），providing reference for clinical doctors.

心力衰竭影响着中国1500余万人并呈逐年增加的趋势，20世纪50年代到80年代治疗心力衰竭的传统药物有3类：正性肌力药，如洋地黄类药物；利尿剂，如呋塞米、螺内酯等；扩血管药，如硝酸甘油、硝普钠等。（剩余22024字）
