Abstract： Based on panel datafrom 234 cities in China from2O13 to 2O23，thisarticleconstructs a two-way fixed effects model，amediationefectmodel，andaspatialeconometricmodel toempiricallyexaminetheimpact，potential mechanisms，andspatial spilovereffectsof digital technologyonhigh-qualityandfullemployment.Thestudyhas found thatdigital technologycansignificantlypromotehigh-qualityandfullemployment，andthisconclusionstillholdstrue afterdealingwithendogeneityand passingtherobustnesstest.Heterogeneityanalysisshows thattheimpactofdigital technologyonhighqualityandfullemploymentexhibitsregional，sub-dimensional，industrial structure，andonomic foundation heterogeneity.Further analysis revealsthat digital technologycanpromote high-qualityandfullemployment byimproving human capital levels，andits impactonhigh-qualityandfullemploymenthassignificant spatialspillover effects，accounting for 45.09% of the total effects. The research conclusion provides theoretical basis and policy inspiration for promoting high-quality and full employment.
