产业数智化的减污降碳协同效应研究

Abstract:IntheprocessofChinesemodernization,industrialdigitalizationandintellgentizationhasbecomethekey element to jointly promote pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction.Basedon panel data from 284 prefecture levelandabovecitiesinChinafrom2O13to2O23,thisarticleusesatwo-wayfixedefectsmodeltoexploretheimpact andmechanismofindustrialdigitalizationandinteligentizationonthesynergisticefectofpolutionreductionandcarbon emisionreduction.Research hasfound that industrial digitalizationand inteligentizationcansignificantlyreduce carbon emission intensityandatmosphericpolutantemissionintensityand enhancethesynergisticefectofpollutionreduction andcarbon emisionreduction.Thisconclusion stillholds true after endogeneitytesting andaseries ofrobustness tests. Heterogeneityanalysishasfoundthatcomparedtoothercities,industrialdigitalizationandintellgentizationcanbeer enhance the synergistic efectof polltionreduction andcarbon emisionreductioninbenchmark cities with strong green competitiveness,non-resource-based cities,and cities withadvanced digital infrastructure.Mechanismanalysis shows that from the perspectives of source prevention,processcontrol,and end driven pressure,industrial structure upgrading, energyutilizationeficiency,andpublicnvironmentalatentionarekeymechanismsforthesynergisticeffectofindustrial digitalizationand inteligentizationonpolutionreductionand carbon emissonreduction.The spatial spilovereffect indicates thatindustrial digitalizationand inteligentizationcan significantlyenhance thesynergisticeffectof pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction in geographically or economically proximate cities.
