山西红色文化融入企业党建工作探析

【摘  要】红色文化对企业文化具有重要的引领作用。将红色文化融入企业党建工作之中，有助于引领企业持续、健康发展。山西拥有着丰富的红色文化资源，为企业党建提供了广阔的平台。论文立足于山西独特的红色文化资源，探究其融入企业党建工作的路径与意义。

【Abstract】Integrating red culture into the Party building of enterprises is helpful to lead the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises. Shanxi has rich red cultural resources， which provides a broad platform for enterprise Party building. Based on the unique resources of red culture in Shanxi， this paper explores the path and significance of its integration into the Party building work of enterprises.
