学习型党组织建设中存在的问题及对策研究

【摘  要】建设学习型党组织是建设马克思主义学习型政党的基础工程。在观察探索学习型党组织建设的进程中，发现目前普遍存在着党员学习观念模糊、学习效果难以测量等严重阻碍学习型党组织建设进程的问题。论文从问题入手，从学习型组织理论的“五项修炼”出发提出解决问题的措施。

【Abstract】The construction of learning-type Party organization is the basic project of building Marxist learning-type Party. In the process of observing and exploring the construction of the learning-type Party organization， it is found that there are some problems that seriously hinder the construction of the learning-type Party organization， such as the fuzzy learning concept of the Party members and the difficulty in measuring the learning effect. The paper starts with the problem and puts forward the measures to solve the problem from the "five disciplines" of the theory of learning-type organization.
