装配式建筑密封胶的粘接可靠性检测研究

摘要：装配式建筑中，防水密封质量一直都是引人关注的话题，其防水的密封质量关键在于密封胶与墙板的粘接可靠性。在装配式建筑中，密封胶尤其以改性硅胶质量最优，其不管是粘接性，还是耐候性，或者是稳定性都是优等。选择密封胶，要保证其粘接可靠性达到85%以上，否则易影响建筑的防水质量。

Research on bonding  reliability testing  of sealants for prefabricated buildings

Abstract： In prefabricated buildings，the quality of waterproof sealing has always been a topic of concern. The key  to the quality of waterproof sealing lies in the bonding reliability between the sealant and the wallboard. In prefabri- cated buildings，the quality of the sealant，especially modified silica gel，is the best，which is excellent in adhesion， weather resistance，and stability. When choosing a sealant，ensure that its bonding reliability reaches more than 85%，otherwise it will easily affect the waterproof quality of the building.
