香豆素类化合物结构修饰合成及抑菌活性测定

摘 要:以取代水杨醛与丙二酸二乙酯为原料,合成中间体3-甲酸乙酯-香豆素衍生物后进行酯的碱性水解反应,酸化得到反应中间体3-甲酸-香豆素衍生物,在此基础上使用羧酸酰基化催化剂催化活化,进行一系列酰基化取代得到目标化合物26个,并测定目标化合物的抑菌活性。结果表明,部分目标化合物抑菌活性效果良好。

Synthesis and antibacterial activity of coumarins

Abstract: Using substituted salicylaldehyde and diethyl malonate as raw materials,the basic hydrolysis reaction of esters was carried out after the synthesis of ethyl 3-carboxylate-coumarin derivatives,and the reaction intermediate 3-carboxylic acid-coumarin derivative was obtained by acidification.On this basis, bean derivatives were catalyzed and activated by a carboxylic acid acylation catalyst,and a series of acylation substitutions were carried out to obtain 26 target compounds, and the antibacterial activities of the target compounds were determined.The results showed that some target compounds had good antibacterial activity.
