轨道车辆用胶粘剂主客观气味评价分析

摘 要：以轨道车辆常用的氯丁胶、聚氨酯胶、弹性体胶和丙烯酸胶4类共12款胶粘剂为研究对象，建立了胶粘剂综合气味指数评价体系，并与主观愉悦度评价结果进行了匹配性分析。研究表明，综合气味指数评价结果不仅与愉悦度评价结果有很好的一致性，且能判别主观愉悦度维度无法区分的胶粘剂气味大小，有实际应用价值。

Study on subjective and objective odor evaluation of adhesive for railway vehicle

Abstract：Taking 12 kinds of adhesives commonly used in railway vehicle as the research object，including neoprene，polyurethane，elastomer and acrylic adhesive，the evaluation system of adhesive composite odor index was established，and the matching analysis was carried out with the evaluation results of subjective pleasure dimension.The results show that the comprehensive odor index evaluation results not only have good consistency with the pleasure evaluation results，but also can distinguish the odor size of adhesives that cannot be distinguished by subjective pleasure dimension，and have good practical application value.

目前，轨道交通行业胶粘剂气味评价主要参考汽车标准VDA 270，分6个层级对胶粘剂固化物进行主观气味强度评判，简单快捷，但有时无法准确评判高低，且未将人的心理感受程度考虑进来。（剩余3200字）
