一种改性地质聚合胶凝料制备及软土加固应用测试

摘 要:为更好对软土地基进行加固,提出一种以粉煤灰、矿渣等为主的地质聚合物材料,研究了地质聚合物对软土的加固机理。结果表明;当地质聚合物最优配比在矿渣与粉煤灰之比为9∶1、水灰之比为0.6、碱性激发剂与铝硅原材料的质量之比为0.15和碱性激发剂浓度为4.64 mol/L时,地质聚合物对软土的加固的效果最好,加固后软土7 d抗压强度达到1.0 MPa;说明掺入地质聚合物后,软土内部生成大量网状结构的水化硅铝酸钙胶凝体和条型形式的水化铝酸钙胶凝体对加固软土的无侧限抗压强度有增强作用

Preparation of geopolymer materials and its application in structural reinforcement engineering

Abstract:In order to better strengthen the soft soil foundation,a geopolymer material mainly composed of fly ash and slag is proposed,and the reinforcement mechanism of geopolymer to soft soil is studied.The results show that the optimum ratio of geopolymer is:the ratio of slag to fly ash is 9∶1 and the water cement ratio is 0.6.When the mass ratio of alkaline activator to aluminum silicon raw material is 0.15 and the molar concentration of alkaline activator is 4.64 mol/L,the effect of geopolymer on the reinforcement of soft soil is the best.After reinforcement,the compressive strength of soft soil reaches 1.0 MPa in 7 days.It is concluded that the addition of geopolymer can enhance the unconfined compressive strength of soft soil,which is enhanced by the formation of a large number of network Calcium aluminosilicate and strip-shaped calcium aluminate cements
