褐煤与煤液化减压渣油的催化裂解实验研究

摘要:为了提升褐煤与渣油加氢催化裂解的技术可行性和经济可行性,在实验室中建立微缩模拟工业环境,比较分析单纯使用褐煤、单纯使用渣油及使用褐煤渣油混合物进行加氢催化裂解的实验数据。发现褐煤渣油混合物的加氢裂解工艺大幅度提升了褐煤加氢裂解的工艺效率,且在能耗、排放等方面具有较大优势。

State Key Laboratory of Heavy Oil, Qingdao 260000, Shandong China)Abstract:In order to improve the technical and economic feasibility of hydrocatalytic cracking of lignite and residue, a miniature simulated industrial environment was established in the laboratory, and the experimental data of hydrocatalytic cracking with lignite, residue and mixture of lignite residue oil were compared and analyzed. It is found that the hydrocracking process of lignite residue oil mixture greatly improves the process efficiency of lignite hydrocracking, and has great advantages in energy consumption,emission,etc.

石油原油的主要成分为不同原子量的烃链,氢碳比约为0.8∶1;而煤炭的主要成分为携带不同官能团的芳香烃或多环芳香烃,氢碳比约为0.2∶1,且煤炭中的硫、氮等酸性物质含量较高。(剩余3797字)
