ABSTRACTSerotonin-selectivereuptakeinhibitors(SSRIs),aswidelyusedantidepresantsinclinical practice,exhibit significantindividualdiferencesinantidepresanteficacyGutmicrobiotaplaysanimportantroleinthedevelopmentand progresionofdepression,andtheuseof SSRIs exertsasignificantimpactonthegut microbiotaofpatients withdepresionBased onthis,thisaticlereviewsteresearchprogresonteinteractionsbetweentheantidepressnteectsofRIsandgutmicoiota. IthasbeenfoundthatSSRIscaninfluencethediversity,abundance,andfunctionofthegutmicrobiota directlyorindirectly. Conversely,thecompositionofthegutmicrobiotaanddierencesinitsfunctionalmetabolicpathways,andotherfactors,canin turnafcttheantidepressantefectsofSSRIsTherefore,inclinicalpractice,gutmicrobiotadiversitycanbeutilizedasa predictiveindicatorfortheantidepressntefectsofSSRIs.ProbioticscanbeemployedasanadjucttherapyalongsideSRIs,and dietaryadjustments,aswellasfecal microbiotatransplantation,canbeusedtoenhancethetherapeuticeficacyof SSRIs.Inthe future,large-scale,multicenterclinical studiesshouldbeconducted,enrollingabroadlyrepresentativecohortof patientswith depression,touncover thetrue association betweentheantidepressant efectsof SSRIsandgut microbiota,therebyopeningup more effective avenues for the comprehensive treatment of depression.

5-羟色胺选择性再摄取抑制剂(serotonin-selectivereuptakeinhibitors,SSRIs)可抑制突触前膜对5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)的再摄取作用,增加突触间隙中的神经递质浓度,从而改善抑郁症状;相较于三环类抗抑郁药,其具有更简单的药理学特征及更高的安全性。(剩余12179字)
