方文岩教授运用“转枢气机”法治疗癌性发热经验

【摘 要】 文章介绍方文岩教授运用“转枢气机”法治疗癌性发热的临床经验。方文岩教授认为癌性发热的关键总属枢机不利，阴阳失调。治疗上以疏利少阳、平调厥阴、透邪外达、顾护中州为主，并佐用滋阴、通腑、凉血等法，临床疗效颇为可观。并附验案1则，以助佐证。

Professor Fang Wenyan’s Experience in Treating Cancer Fever with the Method of "Turning the Pivot of Qi"

Abstract：

This article introduced the clinical experience of Professor Fang Wenyan，in treating cancer fever by applying the method of "transferring the pivotal qi mechanism". Professor Fang Wenyan believes that the key to cancer fever is that the pivot is not favorable and the yin and yang are out of balance. The treatment is based on the principle of draining Shaoyang，pacifying Jueyin，penetrating the evil and protecting Zhongzhou，and supplementing with methods of nourishing Yin，ventilating the internal organs and cooling the Blood，etc. The clinical effect is quite impressive. A test case is also attached to help support the evidence.
