中医治疗下肢静脉曲张微创术并发症的研究概况

【摘 要】

下肢静脉曲张是常见的周围血管疾病，文章对近年来中医对下肢静脉曲张微创术并发症的文献进行归纳总结，发现对于手术干预后的辨证，以气滞血瘀、气虚血瘀、湿热瘀阻为主，中药内服、外用及其他传统疗法可改善临床症状，并有各自的优势。

Research Situation of TCM Treatment on Complications of Minimally

Invasive Surgery for Varicose Veins of Lower Extremities

Abstract：

Varicose veins of lower extremities is a common disorders of the vascular system．This article summarizes the literature on Complications of minimally invasive surgery for varicose veins of lower extremities in recent years．The syndrome differentiation and treatment after surgery mainly includes qi stagnation and blood stasis，Qi deficiency and blood stasis，dampness and hotness obstruction. Traditional Chinese medicine internal and external use and other traditional therapy achieved certain effects in improving clinical symptoms and have their own advantages．

下肢静脉曲张，主要表现为下肢浅表静脉扩张、伸长、迂曲成团，产生患肢酸胀、乏力、沉重感，继而出现皮肤色素沉着、瘙痒继而破溃等症状，是血管外科的一种较为常见的疾病，据统计，在亚洲下肢静脉曲张患病率51.9%［1］， 约有10%～15%的成年男性和20%～25%成年女性会出现有症状的大隐静脉曲张［2］，其危险因素与年龄、性别、职业等密切相关［3］。（剩余6259字）
