以肾论治冠心病经验撷要

【摘 要】

在临床工作中，笔者发现冠心病与肾密切关联，故从“心肾相关”的理论基础，即五行相克、经络相连、精神互用、精血互化、君相安位、水火既济进行论述，强调从以肾治心的重要性；并总结出补肾活血、补肾祛痰、补肾理气、补肾散寒等常用治法，为冠心病的临床治疗提供新思路，附医案二则进行分析。

Experience of Treating Coronary Heart Disease with Kidney

Abstract：

In clinical work， the author found that coronary heart disease is closely related to the kidney. Therefore， it is discussed from the theoretical basis of “heart kidney correlation”， the restriction of five elements， the connection of meridians and collaterals， the interaction of essence and spirit， the interaction of essence and blood， the peace of monarch and the combination of water and fire， and emphasizes the importance of treating the heart with the kidney. This academic thesis summarizes the commontherapeutic methods ofinvigorating kidney and activating blood， invigorating kidney and dissolving phlegm， invigorating kidney and regulating qi， tonifying kidney and expelling cold， thereupon then offers a adzuna for the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease. Two medical cases are attached for analysis.
