摘要：《食品安全国家标准 茶叶》（GB 31608—2023）于2023年9月6日发布，并将于2024年9月6日实施。文章对该标准的制定过程，以及适用范围、茶叶的定义和术语、原料要求、感官要求等主要技术指标进行解读，以期促进茶叶新标准的宣贯和更好实施。

Abstract： The National Food Safety Standard-Tea （GB 31608—2023） was released on September 6， 2023 and implemented on September 6， 2024. The article interpreted the process of formulating this standard， as well as the main technical indicators such as the scope of tea application， definition and terminology of tea， raw material requirements， sensory requirements， etc.， in order to promote the promotion and better implementation of the new tea standard.
