正畸治疗中对颞下颌关节紊乱病的防治策略研究

[摘 要] 颞下颌关节紊乱病（TMD）病因复杂，涉及身体解剖、社会心理、环境遗传等因素。研究表明，若TMD发生在正畸治疗前或治疗期间，则可能增加治疗的难度和风险。因此，防治TMD对提升正畸治疗效果具有重要意义。本文旨在通过TMD的诊断、正畸治疗前TMD筛查及正畸治疗中可能诱发TMD的因素进行综述。

Study on the Prevention and Treatment Strategy of Temporomandibular Disorders in Orthodontic Treatment

[Abstract] The etiology of temporomandibular disorders （TMD） is complex， involving physical anatomy， social psychology， environmental genetics and other factors. Studies have shown that if TMD occurs before or during orthodontic treatment， it may increase the difficulty and risk of treatment. Therefore， the prevention and treatment of TMD is of great significance to improve the effect of orthodontic treatment. This article aims to review the diagnosis of TMD， TMD screening before orthodontic treatment and the factors that may induce TMD in orthodontic treatment.
