[摘 要]目的 探究微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年9月-2023年5月本院口腔门诊收治的80例口腔正畸患者为研究对象，采用双盲法分为传统组与微型组，各40例。传统组采用传统方式治疗，微型组采用微型种植体支抗治疗。比较两组牙齿功能、牙周健康、牙齿结构及不良反应发生率。结果 微型组治疗后牙齿咀嚼功能、语言功能、固定功能評分均高于传统组（P

Clinical Effect of Micro Implant Anchorage in Orthodontics

[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 80 orthodontic patients admitted to the oral clinic of our hospital from September 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into traditional group and micro group by double-blind method， with 40 patients in each group.
