[摘 要]目的 探究对手部烧伤瘢痕挛缩畸形患者实施整形修复治疗的效果。方法 选取我院2020年8月-2023年8月收治的52例手部烧伤瘢痕挛缩畸形患者为研究对象，随机分为参照组和观察组，各26例。参照组给予常规手术治疗，观察组给予整形修复治疗，比较两组临床疗效、生活质量及外观满意度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率為92.31%，高于参照组的69.23%，差异有统计学意义（P

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of plastic repair for patients with burn scar contracture deformity in hand. Methods A total of 52 patients with burn scar contracture deformity in hand admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were randomly divided into reference group and observation group， with 26 patients in each group.
