【摘 要】目的 探讨小切口不对称重睑修复整形术临床效果。方法 选取2020年4月-2021年4月于我院治疗的82例不对称重睑患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，各41例。对照组应用常规整形修复，研究组在对照组基础上应用小切口修复整形术，比较两组手术指标、临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果研究组愈合时间、手术时长均短于对照组，术中出血量低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical effect of small incision asymmetric double eyelid repair and plastic surgery. Methods A total of 82 patients with asymmetric double eyelid treated in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were randomly divided into control group and study group， with 41 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional plastic repair， and the study group was treated with small incision repair and plastic surgery on the basis of the control group.
