【摘 要】目的 分析牙胶充填术在慢性牙髓炎患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年3月-2023年3月我院收治的70例慢性牙髓炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组35例。对照组接受常规治疗，观察组接受牙胶填充术治疗，比较两组临床相关指标、临床疗效及满意度。结果 两组治疗后GI、PD、SBI、IL-1β水平均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P

Application Effect of Gutta-percha Obturation Technique in Patients with Chronic Pulpitis

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the application effect of gutta-percha obturation technique in patients with chronic pulpitis. Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic pulpitis admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 35 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment， and the observation group received gutta-percha obturation technique.
