【摘 要】目的 探讨微螺钉种植体支抗治疗在口腔正畸患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年5月-2022年5月于我院行口腔正畸的70例患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，各35例。对照组行口外弓强支抗治疗，研究组行微螺钉种植体支抗治疗，比较两组临床疗效、牙根体积变化及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为91.43%，高于对照组的71.43%（P0.05）；研究组并发症发生率为5.71%，低于对照组的22.86%（P

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of microscrew implant anchorage in orthodontic patients. Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent orthodontics in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group， with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with extraoral anchorage， and the study group was treated with microscrew implant anchorage.
