自体脂肪颗粒移植在鼻根低平患者隆鼻术中的效果

【摘 要】为探讨鼻根低平患者隆鼻术中自体脂肪颗粒移植的应用效果，本研究选择2020年4月-2022年5月我院收治的42例鼻根低平者为研究对象，采取自体脂肪颗粒移植隆鼻术，对手术前后鼻额角进行对比，并统计患者整形满意度和不良反应发生率。结果显示，患者术后12个月鼻额角为（136.24±2.76）°，大于术前的（122.13±2.87）°，差异有统计学意义（P

Effect of Autologous Fat Granule Transplantation in Augmentation Rhinoplasty for Patients with Low Nasal Root

【Abstract】In order to explore the application effect of autologous fat granule transplantation in augmentation rhinoplasty for patients with low nasal root， 42 patients with low nasal root admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects， and autologous fat granule transplantation was adopted for augmentation rhinoplasty. The nasal frontal angle before and after operation was compared， and the patients’ satisfaction with plastic surgery and the incidence of adverse reactions were counted.
