【摘 要】目的 探讨整形美容患者应用手术室整体护理对减轻局部麻醉应激反应的效果。方法 选取2016年1月-2020年1月于威海市妇幼保健院进行整形美容的88例患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组44例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予手术室整体护理，比较两组应激反应指标及美容满意度。结果 两组T1、T2时平均动脉压、心率均高于T0时，但观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P

Effect of Holistic Nursing in Operating Room on Reducing Local Anesthesia Stress Response in Patients with Plastic Surgery

【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing in operating room on reducing local anesthesia stress response in patients with plastic surgery. Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent plastic surgery in Weihai Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 44 patients in each group.
